The most challenging experience I have been through was when I was selected to be the group leader and the chief coordinator for the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) project at Peking University.

It is a case study project, and as the leader, I have to conduct interviews with world famous companies such as Shell, BP, and Bayer, and I also have to write case reports for them, both in English and in Chinese. I also need to coordinate the whole group of 12 students joining this project, including 3 MBA students. The whole process is a huge challenge for me, especially during the discussion sessions, when all the members come together to review each others‟ case reports. And I have to coordinate different opinions and incorporate them into the final version of the reports. But it‟s also fun. I learned a lot, and I made a lot of social connections.
